TMI Tuesday #8

1. Are you and early shopper or a late shopper?
Usually early. This year I have most of it done and only a few little items still remain. I try to get it done early as I just hate the shops at this time of the year.

2. What is your favorite cartoon (current or passed)?
My all time favourite would be the Roadrunner cartoons. I loved the coyote's wild schemes to catch that annoying bird. One day I would have loved to see him succeed. I also liked Beavis & Butthead cos they remind me of my first trip to the US. They were big on MTV then and they had some rockin' music videos that they commented on. It took about another 5 years before they hit Australian screens and it never seemed as good as I remembered it back then.
Favourite comic book hero was Spiderman.

3. On a scale of 1-10, how competent are you on home repair projects?
Probably be an 8 or 9. I can manage most things except major works. I am willing to have a go at most jobs ( and then call the experts in later to fix up my mess. (only kidding)).

4. What is your favorite holiday tradition?
I love putting up our tree. And I love Xmas Eve as the kids head off to bed with wide eyed expectation. Mine still believe in Santa (as do I) and they leave all sorts of little gifts and snacks for him. Then they hang their stockings, hop into bed, and try so hard to fall asleep.
I also love our annual Xmas holiday, which begins on Dec 27 when we head up the coast for 2 weeks of relaxing beach side leisure. Ahhh, the joys of Xmas in Summer.

5. Describe your favorite kiss? Do you give it or receive it?
My favourite kiss is one in which we are both involved in, so giving and receiving. It's hands entwined in hair, lips locked together in heated passion, bodies pressed against each other, both parties lost in the moment. The best kisses are the ones where nothing else exists.

Bonus (as in optional):What is the best holiday gift you have ever gotten? Best you've given?
I love most of my gifts that I have received. I usually ask for books or CDs, and my family and friends know that this is a safe bet when buying a gift.
If I ask Mrs A. what the best gift I have given her is, then I am sure she would say it was her Foot Spa. After a long day on her feet, she loves to relax with her feet in the tub of bubbling warm water. Only problem is, she relaxes so much that she is usually not in the mood for any further pleasures afterward :(

Sorry this is so late but I loved your answers, Adam.

Xmas Eve is always a big thing for me and my daughter too. I'm not sure if she still believes in Santa or not but she sets out snacks for him "just in case" ... lol

Wishing you a joyful festive season with your family
