Wednesday Weirdness #9

Wednesday Weirdness for this week is brought to us by Macabre Girl. If you want to play along or find out about Wednesday Weirdness then click HERE.

1.) If you could pick how you would die, how would you choose your death to happen?
It might sound like a cop out, but I would just like to die in my sleep. It sounds so peaceful, and I really don't think I want to be aware of the fact that I am dying so to have it happen while I am sleeping sounds like the way to go. I remember that my Grandmother passed away in her sleep and my Grandfather who slept next to her didn't even know until he woke up in the morning to find her laying there. Obviously she had gone quietly and peacefully or else she would have woken him up.

2.) If you could rid the world entirely of one disease and one disease only, forever, which would you choose and why?
I am going to choose cancer. Not any specific type of cancer, just cancer in general. My mother died from breast cancer and I know so many people who are touched by cancer that I think it would be wonderful if it could be successfully treated or cured. Death from cancer seems terrible, and often the treatment is nearly as bad as the disease itself.

3.) How adventurous would you say you are when it comes to trying new things in bed with your partner?
I would score myself an 8 out of 10. I am all for giving new things a try to see if I like them or not. Unfortunately Mrs A. is only a 1 and doesn't like anything new or different. If I suggest something (even as mild as a new position) it usually ends with her thinking I am perverted, and sex disappearing of the agenda for a while.

4.) What is something sexual that you would absolutely, with no amount of persuasion, ever be willing to do?
Anything to do with excrement or urine would be a no go area for me. I don't think there is anything erotic or sexy about toilet functions. 'Golden showers', 'watersports', and things like that are just degrading as far as I am concerned.

5.) What kind of laundry detergent do you use?
I use a liquid detergent called Controlled Laundry Concentrate. (and , yes, I do do the laundry sometimes. Chores are shared in our household and get done by who ever is available) Being a liquid, it is very gentle on the machine yet strong enough to give the clothes a good clean. It is also Bio-degradable and very safe for the environment.

6.)When listening to music, about how loud do you prefer the music you're listening to to be?
It depends what I am doing. When I am working I often have music playing, but not too loud as I tend to get caught up in the music and can't concentrate on work. If I am just chilling out or whatever then the music tends to get a lot louder, particularly if it has a good beat, then I like to feel it.

I like your #1 and #2 answers a lot.

A new position is perverted? Oh my I wouldn't want to know what the Mrs. would think of me, tehehe. No offense.

I am with you on #4. Ick.

Great answers, as always! Happy Wednesday. =)

There is something to be said for sexual compatibility - I'd say I'm a 9, married to a 2, who was at least an 8 before we got married.

I chose cancer too for #2. After writing my answers I got a phonecall to say that my grandmother has breast cancer again.

I am glad we agree on #4 too :)

Happy WW!

Potty games freak me out too, ugh! And I can understand the cancer thing, I'm at a high risk for it myself and I've lost people to it but I figure - at least most cancers do have a fighting chance, some disease haven't even got a decent treatment routine...

Happy Wednesday!

PS. I'm adventurous as long as you promise not to stick it in my bum ;-)

Wouldn't it be great if you could slip Mrs. A a drug to just have all her inhibitions slip away for a night? Show her what she's missing?

Happy WW!

redneck vamp- Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.

AR- Mrs A is very conservative. I think it would be a blast if she met you. I'm sure you would blow her mind.

Dana- Strange how that happens. I'm sure Mrs A was more adventurous before we were married, too.

Ms SD- Sorry to hear about your grandmother. And I am glad that watersports are off the table.

jGrrl- You are right, but the philanthropist in me wanted to help as many people as I could so I opted for cancer.

Baby- I love these meme things. Reading other answers is the best bit.

Bunny- If you know what that drug is then let me know and tell me where to find it.
